Wait... so what happened?!

That whole trip to the UK last weekend for a Red Bull sponsored, 170 meter in length, uphill bike race came and went like a blur. Before I knew it, I had packed up in Italy, flown to London, got harassed in border control about going to a bike race to earn money - which I was convinced I would not do, was chauffeured clear across England, had a tasty dinner upon arrival in Bristol (we dined Italian in a show of ironic hospitality), spent the night in a swank hotel, rode my bike the next day over hill and dale through the British countryside (......), warmed up briefly in the dramatic lighting that coincidentally only highlights Liquigas-Cannondale's green and blue (......), raced my bike briefly, spent the night, woke up super early, drove across the country in the other direction, arrived at Heathrow with plenty of time, drank a lot of Anglo-Saxon inspired BIG cups of coffee to kill time in the airport and to ensure I peed three times in a two hour flight back to the Continent, and jetted back to Italy. I hardly had time to digest it.SoooOoOOoOoooo to answer some of the questions about what this one-of-a-kind bike race is all about, scope this vid'.Red Bull Hill Chasers 2012 - Bristol, EnglandI still can't get over the fact that I didn't win! Honing my tow-the-peloton-along-for-hours-on-end for the past four years - sheesh, I was a shoe-in I figured.
